To the editor:

Another successful distribution day for the Holiday Helper Program! We are so grateful to our community members for their incredible continued generosity. We put the call out for older children and boy did you deliver. Services were provided for over 165 children, 75 families each child received at least five amazing gifts, along with a blanket, a stuffed animal, a game, a book and a clothing item. While each family received a huge food basket that included not only everything needed for Christmas dinner but also food for the two week Christmas vacation. Our volunteers worked tirelessly to assist parents that day — they are the very best! It was an absolutely fabulous day for all of us. We so appreciate every single donation we recieved from individuals and from our local businesses. The Holiday Helper Program continues to run because of everyone’s generosity — we are beyond grateful to all of you.
