Winter Carnival grand marshal reception and royalty dinner date is set
SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Lake Winter Carnival Committee invites the public to the Grand Marshal Reception and Royalty Dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 6 at the Hotel Saranac located at 100 Main Street.
The Grand Marshal Reception will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. and is a free event to welcome the 2024 Winter Carnival Grand Marshal and Royalty. Snacks will be served and a cash bar will be available.
Following the reception, the Royalty Dinner will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. and is by reservation only. To make a reservation, contact Milt Adams at 518-891-4367. Reservations are required before Thursday, Jan. 30. There is a cost depending on the age of the attendee. Payment should be made by check payable to the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival Committee and must be received prior to the dinner. Checks should be mailed to Milt Adams, 680 County Route 18, Lake Clear, NY 12945.
The dinner will be buffet-style. Menu items include Herb Roasted Chicken, Beef Top Round and Pasta Primavera. Baked Mac & Cheese and Chicken Tenders will be options for children. Dinner includes soup, salad, coffee/tea and dessert for $38 for people ages 13 and older. The cost is $13 for children ages 6 through 12 and is free for children ages 5 and below.
All proceeds from the Royalty Dinner benefit the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival.
