Keene Valley native promoted to office manager at Law Office of Mark Schneider

PLATTSBURGH — The Law Office of Mark Schneider has recently announced the promotion of Megan Ostroski to office manager. As office manager, Ostroski oversees daily operations and plays a pivotal role in supporting clients navigating the Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income appeals process.
With over a decade of experience in higher education, Ostroski brings strong leadership and a passion for advocacy. Prior to joining the office in April 2022, she served as an assistant dean and a director of compliance, where she developed a keen attention to detail and expertise in managing complex processes and documentation requirements. Her ability to navigate intricate systems now aids in securing evidence for SSDI and SSI claims.
Ostroski is a native of Keene Valley and a graduate of Keene Central School, SUNY Plattsburgh, and Hofstra University. She earned a Master of science in higher education, is pursuing an Ed.S. in curriculum and instruction, and serves as an adjunct professor at Clinton Community College. Committed to supporting marginalized communities, Ostroski advocates for clients denied the benefits and resources necessary to improve their quality of life, furthering the office’s mission to fight for those facing the challenges of the Social Security system.
