Coldwell Banker Whitbeck celebrates award-winning agents, multi-million dollar producers for 2024
PLATTSBURGH — Coldwell Banker Whitbeck has announced that three of its top-performing agents have earned prestigious honors in recognition of their exceptional achievements in real estate for 2024. Matt Ellis, Penny Daniels and Katie Perrone have been named recipients of Coldwell Banker’s international awards, placing them among the best in the industry worldwide.
Matt Ellis, working out of the Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake offices, has been honored with the International President’s Circle award, which is given to the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents globally. This distinction recognizes Ellis’ sales performance and expertise in the luxury property market, with multiple multi-million dollar transactions throughout the year.
Penny Daniels, working out of the Plattsburgh office, has earned the International Diamond Society award, an honor given to the top 11% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. In addition to her recognition, Daniels has been celebrated as a multi-million dollar top producer for her sales performance.
Also working out of the Plattsburgh office, Katie Perrone has been named a recipient of the International Sterling Society award, which recognizes the top 16% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally. As a multi-million dollar top producer, Perrone has consistently delivered outstanding results for her clients for her entire career spanning nine years.
