LAKE PLACID — Margie Philo, broker/owner of BHHS Adirondack Premier Properties, recently announced the agency’s newest team member, Aimee Caligiore.

Caligiore will be taking on the roles of New York state real estate salesperson as well as a rental coordinator for the office.

Caligiore is a native of Lake Placid and a graduate of St. Lawrence University. She is excited to be back in the Adirondacks after living in Orlando, Florida for nine years while pursuing a career of playing professional golf. While living in Orlando, Caligiore worked at several prestigious golf courses while also competing in tournaments full time in pursuit of playing on the LPGA Tour. She has now relocated back to Lake Placid with her boyfriend to be close to family, and is thrilled to join Adirondack Premier Properties.

Caligiore has many years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry, and is eager to apply these skills to her new role in the rental department. Caligiore is looking forward to playing golf for fun now, and is ready to get back on the ski slopes this winter. She also enjoys going on walks and hikes with her dog, Lucie.
