The Wild Center Grants Manager Kara Page pulls a handful of maple sugar cotton candy out of a cotton candy spinner during Thursday’s FlavorFest at the nature museum. The popular table was one of 20 local food tasting stations — which ranged from wildflower teas to pulled pork — set up for the event. The maple sugar for the cotton candy came from the museum’s Tupper Tappers maple sugaring project.
