Students create art for restaurant

June 4, 2014
Adirondack Daily Enterprise

Approximately 30 student artists from Saranac Lake High School were recognized recently for their Mexican-inspired artwork, now permanantly hanging at Casa del Sol, which has reopened in Saranac Lake. Pieces include animal masks, mosaics, paintings and sculptures. Art teacher Jennifer Moore worked with the new restauranteurs, Mary Beth Wigger and Walter McClure, to organize the endeavor. Casa del Sol held a dinner reception in the students' honor recently.
