Altman exhibits work at Lake Placid library

LAKE PLACID - An exhibit by Jacqueline Altman, one of the region's most popular artists will be open for viewing Friday at the Guy Brewster Hughes Gallery in the Lake Public Library. Altman, who first came to the Adirondacks in 1964 as an art teacher in Saranac Lake, is known primarily for her works in watercolors.
