The latest installment of the I Love Local Eats Cooking Series took place May 22 at the Thomas Shipman Youth Center as David Hunt of Generations and Claude of Laveranda were the guest chefs. Pictured, Hunt gives his cooking demonstration with the help of WSLP radio personality Paul Varga. The next guest chef will be Ken Fontana of the Blue Moon Cafe in Saranac Lake, who will visit the youth center on Wednesday, June 19. The cost is $15 per person and no RSVP is required.
