Touch-A-Truck Day Saturday in Lake Placid

LAKE PLACID - The Touch-A-Truck benefit will return to the Olympic Village for the fifth year on Saturday, May 18 at the North Elba Show Grounds on state Route 73.

This family-friendly event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and give children the opportunity to explore a construction vehicle, fire engine, police car, trolley, school bus and more. There will also be food, a raffle, bands, demos and other excitement.

Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children. Proceeds benefit the Lake Placid After School Progam. The first 100 children will receive a free gift.
