The law firms of Fischer, Bessette, Muldowney & Hunter, LLP of Malone and Jeremiah Hayes, Esq. of Tupper Lake have announced their intentions to merge. Effective Tuesday, Hayes will become Of Counsel to the Malone firm. He will manage the operations of the Tupper Lake office, where he has practiced law for the last 35 years.
Hayes, a 1973 graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, a former assistant district attorney and former President of the Franklin County Bar Association, has managed a general practice in Tupper Lake since 1977.
