ELIZABETHTOWN - The Elizabethtown-Lewis boys basketball team raced out to a 26-11 halftime lead and never looked back Tuesday on the way to a 50-25 victory over Lake Placid.
Tarik Cecunjanin paced the Blue Bombers with 10 points, six of which came on 3-pointers. Teammate Alex Brandes hit one from behind the arc and chipped in five points.
Charlie Huttig led all scorers in the game with 17 points, while Zac Noka-Bailey hit for 13 to lead the way for the Lions.
Elizabethtown-Lewis improved to 6-0 with the win, while Lake Placid fell to 1-4.
