To the editor:
The Ecumenical Food Pantry thanks all those who have contributed food and time in the distribution of Thanksgiving baskets. We especially thank the Salvation Army, Hannaford and Ad Workshop for their generous contributions. Without the help of everyone who has worked for this endeavor, the Ecumenical Charity Program would not have been able to distribute the 338 Thanksgiving baskets in addition to helping the 180 families that used its service for the month of November 2012.
Yes, three names have been mentioned, but there are numerous names that have helped in many ways. They have donated food, money, time filling baskets, distributing the baskets, etc. The community has been extremely cooperative, and the Ecumenical Charity Program depends on them. Thank you again for all your help. This continued support, along with donations, are needed all year long.
Thank you again,
Judith A. Clausing-Lundin
