To the editor:
I agree with Kate Bennett's letter to the editor on Dec. 1. It was downright mean-spirited and irresponsible to capitalize on the death of a young man.
It is especially egregious at this time of year, when many human beings are at their best!
A question will eventually come to mind for all of us as we age: How do I want to be remembered when I die? So many gods, so many creeds, so many paths that wind and wind, when just the art of being kind is all this sad world needs.
