I would like to express my support for a skatepark to be built in Saranac Lake. Skating is a positive sport for kids; providing a safe, fun park with easy access would be a great asset for the town. The more opportunities for kids to have positive, active experiences outdoors, the better. A lot of effort has been put forth by supporters of a skatepark, and now is the time to come to a decision on the best location for the park. I believe that the Ampersand park could be a very accessible, safe location for the park. Thanks for all the effort to date - looking forward to seeing it through to a successful completion.
