LAKE PLACID - "What's Cookin' in Chef Jarrad's Kitchen," at the Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa, continues with local foodies teaming with Executive Chef Jarrad Lang and his exemplary kitchen staff of The View Restaurant.
Lang meets with each guest chef in advance, and a three-course presentation is born. The guest chef arrives on Wednesday afternoon and joins Lang's crew to create a memorable evening.
Each local guest chef night offers an appetizer, entree and dessert for $29. No reservations needed.
Krista Frei, of Lake Placid, will offer a Swiss cuisine on Oct. 24.
