CINCINNATI - Kathleen "Kate" Kelly, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, in Seattle, Wash., with her family by her side.
Kate was born in Troy on Feb. 28, 1950, the daughter of Barbara (Tyrell) and the late Charles E. Kelly.
A memorial for Kate will be held in October in Cincinnati.
