2,500-plus ruggers here

July 27, 2012
Adirondack Daily Enterprise
The 39th annual Can-Am Rugby Tournament begins Thursday in Saranac Lake with a split-squad match featuring 36 of the top 20-and-under women’s rugby players in the U.S., who are participating in a national camp and staying at the Olympic Training Center. The tournament picks back up today with old boys action at the Petrova Avenue fields and runs through Sunday. About 2,500 ruggers on more than 100 teams are competing in the Can-Am, vying for titles in eight divisions.
