LAKE PLACID - Power has been restored to all customers in this community following a severe thunderstorm earlier this week.
Brad Jaques, head fire driver of the Lake Placid Volunteer Fire Department, said in an email that as of 12:30 p.m. Thursday, power had been restored throughout Lake Placid. He said anyone who remains without electricity should contact the power company at 518-523-2021.
