NEW PALTZ - The following local residents are among more than 1,000 students who recently received undergraduate degrees from SUNY New Paltz:
Rachel Bullard, a resident of Saranac Lake, received a BS in visual arts education and a BFA in painting.
Michael Conway, a resident of Wilmington, received a BA in sociology
