The Farmhouse, owned by Fred and Eileen Mills and also operated with their niece, two sons and their significant others, opened its doors June 21 at 2126 Saranac Ave. (the old site of Caribbean Cowboy) in Lake Placid. It will be open spring, summer and fall and closed in the winter. It offers farm-to-table food and drinks, and is open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner. This is the fifth restaurant the family has opened.
