LAKE PLACID - There will be a celebration of the life of Dr. Virginia (Moreau) Weeks at 10 a.m. Sunday, July 15, at John Brown's Farm in Lake Placid.
Her family invites members of the community, who knew her and were touched by her, to this Quaker-style celebration. Memories will be shared, and informal attire is encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that people consider making contributions to the Adirondack Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, Keene Valley; St Joseph's Addiction Treatment and Recovery Centers, Saranac Lake; or The Wild Center, Tupper Lake.
