BURLINGTON, Vt. - The following area students have been named to the dean's list for the spring 2012 semester at the University of Vermont:
-Vincent A. McClelland of Keene Valley, a first-year student majoring in Civil Engineering in the College of Engineering & Mathematical Sciences.
-Jane F. McClelland of Keene Valley, a junior majoring in Nutrition and Food Sciences in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.
-Bennett J. Hrabovsky of Tupper Lake, a junior majoring in Environmental Studies in the College of Arts & Sciences.
-Neil E. Brandt of Vermontville, a sophomore majoring in Environmental Studies in the College of Arts & Sciences.
To be named to the dean's lists, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
