Ticket holders have a chance to win more than 60 prizes, including generous cash prizes each week, a two-night stay at a lakeside cabin and numerous gift certificates from local restaurants and businesses.

This year the club will award five $800 scholarships to Saranac Lake High School seniors and three $1,000 scholarships to local continuing education students, for a total of $7,000.

Many of the prizes are on display in the window of the I.B. Hunt Agency at 84 Main St. Founded in 1939, the Scholarship Club is made up of women from all walks of life who share an interest in promoting greater access to college for people in the Saranac Lake area. New members are always welcome. WCSC members are very grateful to all private and business donors for helping to make this a successful event.
