LAKE PLACID - Victor Davis Schmeer, 71, of Mill Pond Dr., Lake Placid, N.Y., died Thursday, April 26, at Adirondack Medical Center-Lake Placid.
Schmeer was born in Rochester April 28, 1940, the son of Leonard and Eleanor (King) Schmeer.
He worked as assistant manager of the Rite Aid Drug Store in Saranac Lake.
There are no calling hours. Services are private and at the convenience f the family.
The M.B. Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid is in charge of arrangements.
