Lake Placid Lodge welcomes Vasiloff as new assistant general manager

LAKE PLACID - As they embrace the beginning of the busy spring and summer months, Lake Placid Lodge has announced the expansion of their team of hospitality experts.

With more than 11 years of experience in the food and beverage field, three years of room experience and spending the last six years working at a five-star, five-diamond resort, Jordan Vasiloff joins Lake Placid Lodge as the new assistant general manager.

In his new position, Vasiloff will direct staff and utilize his hotel management experience to propel business for Lake Placid Lodge and will be working with General Manager John Graham.

"I am delighted to welcome Jordan to our team and looking forward to working with an extremely talented and experienced young man. Jordan will bring a fresh perspective to the Lodge while staying true to the traditions that make the Lodge this special place that it has been for over 100 years," says General Manager John Graham.

Prior to joining the Lake Placid Lodge team, Vasiloff was the front of house manager at The Lodge at Sea Island in Sea Island, Ga. Responsible for numerous aspects of operational efficiency, ranging from concierge and housekeeping to valet and butler, Vasiloff continued to provide exceptional service and guidance under his management. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of management positions with the Sea Island Company and with Gulf Bay Hospitality.
