LAKE PLACID - Philip K. McKinney, 93, of Averyville Lane, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at home.
He was born Sept. 12, 1918, in Fort Wayne, Ind., the son of the late Walter and the Late Rena (Bernhein) McKinney. He was the husband of Deborah Hepburn-McKinney. He served in the Army during World War II and the Korean War, retiring from the Army on Nov. 30, 1963.
There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The M.B. Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid is in charge of arrangements.
