TUPPER LAKE - State police are waiting for a toxicology report before they determine a cause of death for a Sunmount resident who died last week.
State police Lt. Scott Heggelke said the toxicology results could take a few weeks.
He said he doesn't anticipate any charges in the case, but he noted that the investigation is continuing.
The 48-year-old patient was declared dead after a 911 call brought first responders to the Sunmount house on Hosley Avenue at about 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13.
