LAKE PLACID -?All manner of ghosts, ghouls, witches and goblins are invited to attend a free Haunted House and Halloween Celebration at the Uihlein Living Center from 2 to 5 p.m. on Monday.
The main dining room will be divided, with one side having a haunted house featuring a graveyard and haunted forest, and the other side having family-friendly games such as pumpkin bowling, bean bag toss and pin the face on the pumpkin. There will be popcorn and cider, and residents will hand out candy to trick-or-treating children.
The Uihlein Living Center is located at 185 Old Military Road in Lake Placid.
