Neil J. Ruocco II, son of Debbie Dowie of Lake Placid, New York and the late Neil Ruocco, and Elise P. Ferguson, daughter of Sue and Michael Zemany and Dan and Donna Ferguson of Saranac Lake and Morrisonville, New York, are pleased to announce their engagement and plans to marry August 13, 2011 at The Lake House in North Hero, Vermont.
Neil is a 1999 graduate of Lake Placid High School and is currently employed by Wood Wizard Construction Company in Lake Placid.
Elise is a 2004 graduate of Saranac Lake High School and is currently pursuing a degree in Radiologic Technology at North Country Community College.
