Read what you are writing "finally having money to rein in your income taxes". If you reign in income taxes, someone else has to pick up the slack. Probably as a different tax like property tax or sales tax. How is that different from your editorial? Is Saranac Lake even involved? Is NCCC part of the deal? Its true the history of these tax free zones has been pretty dismal. But this one at least makes sense. The idea is to get startups located near NY Universities instead of universities in other states.
