No, Manning is a hero, you idiot. If he is in fact a traitor then why has the government refused to let him present his case. Your hatred of Obama is so dramatic I would think you'd welcome someone whose shown Obama to be every bit as much of a war criminal as is Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the other neocons. But oops that's right they are your heroes so you'll have to forego that chance to demonize Obama.

Mannning has more integrity and love of country in his toenails than any of those I've mentioned above. Unlike any of the chicken hawks he has the courage of his convictions.

Americans pretty much only become outraged when something directly affects them in a very visible way. Where is the outrage over the government's treatment of war crime revealer bradley manning? Over there years in detention with no hearing, inhumane treatment as a prisoner, denial of the right to defend his actions, etc. etc. etc.

If a German soldier had fled the early stages of the Nazi pogrom and revealed the war crimes of that regime would we have applauded his courage and protected him or would we do as we are doing with Manning, brand him a traitor and return him to the reich for punishment.
