Doris and Robert Fadden

Doris and Robert Fadden celebrated their 65th Wedding Anniversary on July 2, 2008. Doris (White), formerly of McKinley St., Lake Placid, and Robert, formerly of Cascade Rd., Lake Placid, were married on July 2, 1943 at the Adirondack Community Church by Rev. Frederick G. MacKenzie. Miss Francis White, sister of the bride, was her attendant and Sgt. Michael Sullivan was best man. Mr. and Mrs. Fadden have one daughter, Peggy of St. Petersburg, FL; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Renée of Selah, WA; two grandchildren: Michael and Jacob; one step-granddaughter, Amanda; and one step-great granddaughter, Sophia. Doris and Robert now live in St. Petersburg, FL.
