Too sick at the time, or too tired, or following the fish, or trying to back-paddle the Delehanty anti-you-know-what problem, or simply unwilling to dive where reporting needs to dive......

Caffry comped to a lesser plea. Being an agent of the court certainly has its advantages. Disgusting.

Great news for ACR, just wondering if Caffry from Protect, was sober when he showed up for court? Another question should be asked here did Caffry also refuse to listen to the judge's ruling. Hey Jessica, have had no update on Caffry's own court appearance for DUI.....Mmmmmmm seems like this paper wants little to nothing to do with this DUI or resisting arrest of Protects lead lawyer, why?

The Judge is opening up a lengthy process of further discovery appeals by entertaining any part of the suit (specifically att.1), which he has. Buckle-up TL, a LONG haul ahead.....but will be worth it in the end!

Wow, Judge Platkin is rightfully very upset at "protect" etc. for pushing forward with such a frivolous waste of time. We always knew how stupid the discovery motion was, it's nice to see it in writing from a respected source.
