| | 'No Labels' group convenes for SOTUFebruary 12, 2013 - Chris MorrisA bipartisan group of Washington lawmakers, including U.S. Reps. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, and Chris Gibson, R-Kinderhook, will sit together for tonight's State of the Union address, which gets under way in about 15 minutes. The "No Labels" group began the tradition of sitting together in 2011, when members of New York's congressional delegation "put aside party labels to sit with each other during the speech," according to a press release issued by Gibson's office. The bipartisan group includes 40 Republicans and Democrats from both the House and the Senate. The meet on a regular basis and a full list of members can be viewed here.
