Cuomo previews 2012 agenda

Gov. Andrew Cuomo was in Buffalo yesterday, where he outlined some of his 2013 agenda, which includes an increase in the minimum wage, expansion of casino gaming and a strengthening of abortion rights.

The Buffalo News also reported Wednesday that Cuomo had sharp criticism for Senate Democrats, who he says "squandered" away their chance when they controlled the Senate several years ago.
