Friday campaign schedules for Owens, Doheny

November 1, 2012 - Chris Morris
Here's a quick look at where Bill Owens and Matt Doheny will be on Friday:

Owens will launch a four-day tour of the 12 counties that make up New York's 21st Congressional District on Friday. From noon to 1 p.m. he'll be at McCombs Oak Hill Maple Farm in Speculator to talk about the 2012 farm bill. Then, he heads to Pre-Tech Precision Machining in Mineville, where he'll be joined by Moriah town Supervisor Tom Scozzafava, who endorsed him earlier this fall.

Doheny "Ready to Roll" tour starts at Plattsburgh City Hall at 8:30 a.m., where he will be endorsed by Mayor Donald Kasprzak. At 11:30 a.m., he plans to be in Greenwich for an appearance with Assemblyman Tony Jordan.

At 12:50, Doheny will host a quick meet and greet at Celia's Table in Glens Falls. Then he will hit up Adirondack VFW Post #2475 in Glens Falls, where state Sen. Betty Little is expected to make an appearance.

The rest of the schedule looks like this: meet and greet, Whitehall Town Hall, 3 p.m.; business issues roundtable, Ticonderoga Chamber of Commerce, 3:45 p.m.; spaghetti dinner, Ticonderoga Elks Club, 4:30 p.m.; meet and greet, Schroon Town Hall, 5 p.m.; Republican rall, Wishing Well Restaurant, Wilton, 6:30 p.m.

Schedules for both candidates are subject to change.
