Hassig will vote the party line, too

September 6, 2012 - Chris Morris
I reported today that (surprise!) Republican congressional candidate Matt Doheny will be voting for former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney on Nov. 6, and U.S. Rep. Bill Owens will vote for President Barack Obama. Both men are running for New York's new 21st Congressional District.

I just heard back from Green Party candidate Don Hassig, who will also be voting for his party's presidential nominee, Jill Stein.

"I will vote for her because she is an honorable person that does not accept campaign contributions from corporations," he said. "Because of this I know that a vote for Ms. Stein is a vote for kicking corporations out of government."
