| | Doheny wins, ready to take on OwensJune 26, 2012 - Chris MorrisMatt Doheny beat Kellie Greene in Tuesday’s congressional primary to earn the Republican line in this fall’s race for New York’s new 21st Congressional District. Doheny, a businessman from Watertown and former Wall Street financier, bested Greene by a nearly three-to-one margin. In his victory speech, he thanked his campaign staff and volunteers, as well as the voters across the North Country.
