Enterprise ed board says give 'em a permit

In case you didn't see it, the Enterprise ran an editorial Saturday calling on the APA to issue the ACR a permit.

Just to make sure everyone's clear, I'm not on the editorial board and I didn't have a hand in writing the editorial. I did some fact checking and grammatical changes after it was written, but it's strictly the opinion of the paper's editor Peter Crowley and publisher Cathy Moore.

He's restating a point he's made a few times over the last few months about how he doesn't believe it's possible to judge the impact of a project from some sort of environmental baseline, since the environment is constantly changing.
