Judge mostly upholds right-of-way decision

Well, it's been almost a year, but Franklin County Court Judge Robert Main Jr. issued a ruling today.

Basically, he upheld most of the jury's ruling. He did throw out one bit that allowed ACR developers to put a buried power line in along the right-of-way, though. Which seems insignificant but I'd imagine could throw a kink in their plans.

I have to go do a more thorough review and talk with some people, but wanted to share the meat of the news right away!
