Preserve Associates to give 30-ish acres to Wild Center

June 22, 2011 - Jessica Collier
Hey y’all. The Internet is still sluggish, but I want to catch up on a few things that happened yesterday that I didn’t get to yet.

The first one is The Wild Center.

I can’t get to my copy of Jeff Anthony’s pre-filed testimony right now, but apparently the developers have decided to give a portion of the project site, about 30 to 35 acres in size, that contains a portion of the Oxbow of the Raquette River to The Wild Center. The lot is being referred to as Lot A1

I’ll have to read a little more of Anthony’s pre-file to see if there’s any more details, but Paul Van Cott brought it up yesterday in cross-examination.

I feel like this has been mentioned before but was never a definite part of any of the application.

More on this later, hopefully.
