Trying to get to testimony

June 21, 2011 - Jessica Collier
Things are slogging through roughly this morning.

There was a flurry of email activity in the week or so since the hearing last adjourned, and a lot of that had to be dealt with before we got to testimony. Check my story this morning about the judge's ruling on Caffry's motion to preclude. Also in that ruling, he decided to grant APA staff's motion to completely redact parts of Scott Brandi's testimony, rather than to just draw a line through it.

Now that Franke and Anthony are on the stand, everyone's trying to question their testimony. Caffry made a motion to not include their testimony because they're testifying out of their expertise. Now Meave Tooher is questioning them on voie dire because supplemental testimony includes changes to the project plans in late May.
