Did amphib survey go on ACR property?

Ulasewicz spent a good amount of time questioning where exactly Klemens did his amphibian survey. He also produced some pics of Klemens and his party while they were doing the survey. I don't think he offered any information about where they came from, but I was in that bathroom at that point, so he may have.

Anyways, seems that after reviewing Klemens' notes, developers thought he and his crew went onto the project site at some point, which would have been trespassing. Didn't sound like he was able to prove that, though, through his cross-examination.

I think one thing about the notes that lead them to believe that is that he made a few observations that were from hearing amphibians, rather than seeing them.

"Often you can first hear a frog before you document its presence," Klemens just said.
