APA's Mark Sengenberger being questioned

So far, Ulasewicz, Adirondack Council attorney Meave Tooher and property owner BG Read have all had a go at questioning Mark Sengenberger based on pre-filed testimony he offered on... well, I'm not sure if it's just the parts of Issue 1 we're dealing with in this group of issues, or if it's all the issues we're dealing with in this group. I'll find that out later.

Part of the problem with covering this hearing is that all the initial testimony is pre-filed, and witnesses are just cross-examined on that specific testimony live. The judge hasn't allowed me to have copies of the pre-filed testimony until after all the cross-examination, redirect and rebuttals are complete, so I don't often know what they're even referring to until I get those documents at the end of the day.

So, Sengenberger has been cross-examined. Dave Gibson and Dan Plumley from Adirondack Wild just tag-teamed him. I'll get into some of the content in a minute.
