Day 3

We're in Ray Brook right now at the beginning of day three of the adjudicatory hearing. I don't have wifi, but I'm posting from my cell phone right now.

The Adirondack Council is questioning the ACR's engineer right now about how visible the resort will be at night. Franks maintains there's no way to accurately measure it.

Don't forget the hearing is being webcast at the APA's website today.
